Cakes should be stored in the freezer upon arrival and may be stored for up to 1 months. One day prior to serving, move the cake to the refrigerator to allow time to defrost. Once defrosted, cakes may be stored in the refrigerator for up to 48 hours. We advise selecting a delivery date at least 2 days in advance of your planned event date.
